New Rules for Dispute Resolution

New Rules for Dispute Resolution for the Chamber of Patent Disputes of Rospatent were introduced in September 2020.

The main changes allow the participants of the disputes to attend the proceedings via video calls and send official correspondence using the Rospatent web site. The new Rules provide for optimization of workflow, reduction of time limits for certain procedures and introduction of new options for the participants.
