Yury Zubov spoke at the Forum “Implementation 2.021” in Dagestan

On June 10, 2021, the Deputy Head of Rospatent Yury Zubov took part in the Interregional Forum for inventors, entrepreneurs, educational and scientific teams, heads of industrial enterprises “Implementation 2.021”, which was held at the Dagestan State Technical University (Makhachkala).

The Forum was organized by the Government of Dagestan, Rospatent, the Federal Institute of Industrial Property, the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property, the Russian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers as well as representative office in Dagestan of the Foundation for the Promotion of Innovation.

During the plenary session, Yury Zubov made a presentation titled “Transformation of the intellectual property sphere: initiatives of Rospatent”, in which he spoke about patenting statistics, commercialization of IP rights, as well as about the initiatives of Rospatent to provide tax incentives and creation of a comfortable environment for applicants.

On the same day, Yury Zubov also took part in the Forum’s session “Strategy of innovative development of the region. Foresight-session on the example of the Republic of Dagestan”.
