The digital service for the intellectual property protection and enforcement n'RIS has added to its functionality the registration of trademarks and the ISNI creative passport. The process of registering a trademark takes place in several stages and includes a preliminary check for the presence of identical or similar objects, preparation and filing of an application with Rospatent, examination in the Office and the issuance of a certificate. All information about the course of the procedure will be available in personal account, through which you can get answers to any formal inquiries. In addition to convenience, online check-in saves 30% on fees. The function is implemented in conjunction with the Online Patent service. Also on the n'RIS website, it is now possible to register the author's name in the ISNI register (a unified international system for identifying creators and copyright holders of intellectual property). To do this, you need to enter a name or creative pseudonym, check it for uniqueness and fill out an application for registration.
