The city of Kazan recognized as the gastronomic capital of the Russian Federation

Rospatent has issued the trademark «Gastronomic Capital of Russia» for the city of Kazan. According to Daria Sannikova, the Director of the Kazan Tourism Development Committee, the trademark will contribute to the development of the city’s brand, increase the tourist flow to the capital of Tatarstan and also will contribute to the popularization of Tatar cuisine both in Russia and abroad.
