Russia, China and Mongolia discussed cooperation between examiners and data exchange

 

 

On December 20, 2023, the 11th Russian-Chinese-Mongolian Intellectual Property Seminar under the chairmanship of Rospatent was held via videoconference. The topic of this year's seminar is "Information and expert interaction between the intellectual property offices of Russia, China and Mongolia: current practice and development prospects".

The participants exchanged information on issues of expert cooperation, development of information retrieval systems and data exchange.

 

 

Representatives of Rospatent shared information on the participation in international programs of expert cooperation and the project to form a common Eurasian expert and information space, as well as made presentation on the development of Rospatent information systems.

The next trilateral seminar on intellectual property will be held in 2024 under the Chinese chairmanship.
