Rospatent developed a service to assess uniqueness of new inventions

According to the Deputy Head of Rospatent Yuri Zubov, the Office has developed new information service “Search for similar images”, which will let entrepreneurs check online the level of uniqueness of their created trademark, logo, graphic image or verbal indication. Currently the service is being tested by experts of the Office. By the end of 2021 Rospatent plans to launch 11 new information systems which will give permission an unlimited number of users to access the world patent fund.
