Rospatent realized one of the fastest trademark registrations under the general procedure. The period from the filing date of the application № 2020750019 till the decision on the registration was exactly 3 months.

At the same time the application was considered according to the general procedure without application of the accelerated registration procedure. Rospatent shortens the terms of registration of various objects of intellectual property: inventions, trademarks, software programs, etc. For trademarks, for example, the examination period in 2018 averaged 7.85 months, and in 2019 - already 6.14 months.
