Grigory Ivliev declared the need for a digital format of Rospatent's work with applicants

According to the head of the Office, Grigory Ivliev, at the traditional International Conference of Rospatent "Transformation of the Intellectual Property Field in Modern Conditions", it is necessary to amend the legislation, providing for the mandatory transition to a digital format of the Office's work with applicants and other departments. This will allow us to continue working during a pandemic. During the period of the pandemic, the Office responded to all requests from applicants for a deferred payment of fees, as well as for an extension of the time frame for legal action. Grigory Ivliev separately noted the applicants working on methods of treatment, vaccines and other inventions that are important for maintaining the health of citizens.
