Goals for Rospatent outlined by Deputy Minister at the annual Board meeting
On February 26, 2021, the annual Board meeting of Rospatent was held under the chairmanship of the head of Rospatent Grigory Ivliev. At the opening of the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development Oksana Tarasenko gave a speech in which she outlined the crucial goals which Rospatent has to achieve within a year.
They include:
- updating the roadmap of the Government of the Russian Federation for the transformation of business climate. In particular, provisions related to measures demanded by business community should be added
- developing a comprehensive regulation to implement the latest changes to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
- finalize informatization processes making Rospatent services more convenient for applicants
- create conditions for effective circulation of rights.
«We need to focus on creating a comfortable environment for business», said the Deputy Minister of Economic Development.
