"Software Product Group" Introduced a New Intelligent System of Examination of Means of Individualization

Rospatent held an online conference on 23.04.2020 on the purpose, functions and field of use of the GIS "Intelligent System of Examination of Means of Individualization" (GIS Examination of MI), in which took part the representatives of the IT company group "Software Product Group", FIPS, foreign patent offices, federal authorities, business experts, and the IT-community. The system is being developed within implementation of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" to address a number of issues regarding the work of experts of the Patent Office in order to provide automation for the substantive examination. The system offers open access to search by trademarks, well-known trademarks, appellations of origin of goods and industrial designs to external users, while using the means and methods applied by the experts.
