For the First Time Projects Were Presented Online at the Contest "My country - My Russia"

Participants of the 16th All-Russian “My country - My Russia” Contest, which is one of the projects of the “Russia – a Land of Opportunity” platform, created at the initiative of President of the Russian Federation, presented their projects in the nomination “Intellectual Property - the Future of My Country” in online mode. According to the Chairperson of the Council of the Federation Committee on Science, Education and Culture, the head of contest judging panel Lilia Gumerova, today intellectual property is a driver of economic development, and the contest allows participants to present their inventions and receive support for promising projects. The winners will receive cash awards in the amount of 300, 200 and 100 thousand rubles, information and advertising support for projects, assistance in finding opportunities to co-finance and commercialize them, as well as the opportunity to participate in conferences and other events of Rospatent, that oversees the nomination. The winner of the contest will be awarded one of the most prestigious awards in this field - a small gold medal of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
