Rospatent International Conference within Open Innovations Forum
The XXIV Rospatent International Conference "Transformation of IP in the Contemporary Environment" will become part of the Moscow Open Innovations Forum that will take place from 19 to 21 October 2020 in Skolkovo Innovative Center.
Within institutional cooperation, Rospatent Conference will be broadcasted in Russian and English on the Open Innovations site. Live streaming will be publicly available.
The annual Open Innovations Forum is held in Moscow since 2012 under the auspices of the Russian Government. The main goal of the event is to develop and commercialize the newest technologies, promote global technological brands, and create new tools for international cooperation in innovation. The key topic of this year’s edition is technological entrepreneurship development affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Rospatent Conference will cover a wide range of IP-related issues, including systemic changes in the business environment, international cooperation, digital transformation of IP, modern patent analytics, protection and enforcement of IP rights, application of patent legislation during the pandemic, tools to protect state interests related to scientific and technical cooperation, registration of the IP rights for inventions and geographical indications.
The Conference will comprise various plenary and thematic sessions, round tables, and discussions delivered in both in-person and virtual formats.
