On March 23-24, 2010 the seminar on Supplementary Protection Certificates in Europe took place in Rospatent under the EU-Russia project “Approximation of EU and RF IPR aspects”.
Representatives of Rospatent, Federal Institute of Industrial Property, Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Health and Social Development (Roszdravnadzor), Association of Pharmaceutical Industry, Association of European Business in Russia, Delegation of the European Union to Russia, leading patent attorneys and lawyers took part in the meeting.
