FIPS of Rospatent informs of cancellation of sending of notification messages on fees payment account.

for registration of inventions, utility models, industrial designs and for granting a patent on invention, industrial design, utility model and on expiration of time limit for filling a request for substantive examination of an invention”

Dear applicants and patent holders!

Please, note that from 10^th July 2015, Federal Institute of Industrial Property stops sending:

• notification messages on fees payment account for registration of inventions, utility models, industrial designs and for granting a patent on invention, industrial design, utility model;

• notification messages on expiration of time limit for filling a request for substantive examination of an invention.

Note that the information on fees payment account for registration of inventions, utility models, industrial designs and for granting a patent on invention, industrial design, utility model is provided at the FIPS’ website in the section “Informational Resources”/”Open Registers” in the information on the state of proceeding of application for an invention, utility model, industrial design.
