Parliamentary newspaper: The Cabinet of Ministers has extended the deadline for fulfilling obligations under agreements on subsidies for scientific research

The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed a Decree extending the term for the fulfillment of circumstances under contracts under which the state subsidizes Scientific research and Development work (R&D) to Russian manufacturers of industrial products. The subsidy mechanism is used to stimulate the innovation activity of enterprises. State support can be obtained for R&D on modern technologies to create competitive industrial products. After the company passes the competition an agreement is concluded with it. If the obligations specified in it are not fulfilled, the subsidy is returned to the state.
