Join a new free World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) webinar on the PCT System: Who Can Act as an Applicant and How to Appoint an Agent and Who Can Act as an Agent, that will be delivered in Russian on 10 December 2020.
During the webinar, the participants will learn more about who is eligible to file an international application, who can be an applicant of an international application, how many applicants there can be, whether an agent needs to be appointed, and who can act as the agent.
Moreover, the WIPO expert will explain whether various applicants may be specified for different Designated Offices, whether an agent should have a power of attorney, and what is meant by the terms “common representative” and a “representative” who is “considered common representative”. Whether an agent can resign from his appointment and/or appoint a sub-agent will also be discussed.
The webinar targets Russian-speaking applicants, patent attorneys, employees of IP departments, and inventors.
The event will start at 11:00 Moscow time.
