INNOVATION: |
A digital twin, i.e. a virtual copy of a technical object, for example, an oil well, allows to identify vulnerabilities, predict possible failures, choose the optimal operating mode and, as a result, manage the production and refining volume. According to the proposed solution, when monitoring the energy consumption of equipment for oil and gas production, individual digital twins of wells used. With the help of digital twins, modeling of operating parameters of equipment for those wells that have a sufficient volume of products extracted from the well per unit of time. By analyzing data from the digital twin of the equipment matched to the well, and data from physical sensors on the well metering rig, allows to make real-time recommendations on the need to change the well control or operating mode in order to prevent equipment failure and save electricity during operation.. |
