|
INNOVATION: |
In the process of integration of state information systems, using channels of public communication networks as a transport network, the following question arises - how to ensure the systems resistance to the effects of destabilizing factors. Using well-known information security tools, including the cryptographic ones, in the information systems does not enable to provide sufficient information confidentiality as modern technologies require the presence of address information in packets transmitted over public communication networks. The main advantage of the solution proposed is taking into account the parameters of the transmission medium when transmitting response data, which increases the level of information security. It is achieved due to the fact that the pre-defined input data additionally include information on the maximum value of the data transmission medium utilization factor, on the allocated data transmission speed and on the calculated number of fragments into which the response message packet will be fragmented during the interaction using the telecommunication protocol. In doing so, the number of fragments of the transmitted packet is constantly regulated depending on the utilization of the data transmission medium. This solution can be effectively applied in communication systems providing transmission of digital information that needs protection from unauthorized influence. |
