PURPOSE: |
To produce ceramic powders used in 3D printing. |
INNOVATION: |
The powder used for 3D printing shall have certain physical and technological properties affecting the process of feeding the material and its uniform distribution during application. The powder material synthesized according to the proposed manufacturing process, obtained by sintering and processing in a low-temperature plasma, has a spherical particle shape. This particle shape is optimal for dense powder filling of the 3D giving chamber volume, subsequent uniform powder supply to the printing area and obtaining a uniform surface of the printed layers, that enables manufacturing products for various electronic devices. |
SCOPE |
Electronic sensors, resonators, capacitors, medical and industrial ultrasonic emitters, non-volatile RAM with increased radiation resistance. |
