The closed method of construction is used in metro construction so as not to affect the urban landscape, landmark buildings, security zones and not to interfere with the movement of transport and people. The invention is a metro station in which the upper vault is made of precast reinforced concrete blocks and rests on monolithic supports, which are equipped with passages to the lateral passenger platforms. Solid contact of the vault with the ground and the elimination of gaps between the blocks of the vault is ensured by the Freyssinet jacks (thin-walled tanks for pumping hardening liquids into them) evenly installed along the vault. At the same time, when the jacks are unclenched, it is possible to turn on the upper vault as quickly as possible and significantly reduce the volume of the cement-sand solution of the primary injection for the lining, which increases the speed of construction. |
