Kyrgyzstan and Russia will take care about intellectual property protection

In Moscow, Alikbek Dzhekshenkulov, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation, met with the head of Rospatent Grigory Ivliev, wherein the main topic was the expansion of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia in the field of intellectual property protection.
The parties discussed the prospects for deepening cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Eurasian Patent Organization, the Commonwealth of Independent States in the training of relevant professional personnel. Grigory Ivliev and Alikbek Dzhekshenkulov exchanged views on new initiatives in the field of intellectual property, undertaken, in particular, to improve dispute resolution mechanisms, grant the right to a trademark in order to support legal business activities, to create a Eurasian register of medicines protected by patents for inventions.
