Successful Patent 2022

Rospatent announces the Successful Patent competition to identify the most breakthrough inventions which were proven to be commercially successful by the end of 2022.

Competition Partner: Russian Export Center JSC

The competition is open to domestic right holders who obtained a patent for an invention between 2021 and 2022.

The applicant shall submit an application by filling out the ballot form on the website of Rospatent.

The application period is open from June 15 until August 20, 2023.

The competitive selection is carried out by a committee consisting of representatives of scientific industry, business structures, public organizations in the field of intellectual property and FIPS experts.

Based on the results of the competition, the 10 patents that have received the highest number of points as voted by the experts are selected.

The winner of the “Successful Patent of the Year” is awarded a Diploma from Rospatent and a certificate for training in FIPS for advanced training programs.

Electronic applications will be accepted from June 15 until August 20, 2023.
