Born on August 26, 1988 in Kulebaki, Nizhny Novgorod region.
In 2010, graduated from the Ulyanovsk State University with the major in Finance and Lending, qualified as both a lawyer and economist.
From October 2019 to October 5, 2022, he served as an adviser of Technological Development and Digital Economy Department of the Presidential Experts' Directorate.
Appointed as Deputy Head of Rospatent as of October 6, 2022.
He has work experience in banking, public sector, and in activities related to the digital transformation.
