Department for Financial and Administrative Management and Digital Transformation

Department for Financial and Administrative Management and Digital Transformation is a structural unit of Rospatent, responsible for the following tasks:

- providing Rospatent and its subordinate institutions with financial resources;

- ensuring the effective use of budgetary funds and assets;

- forecasting the economic development of Rospatent and its subordinate institutions;

- carrying out activities related to budget planning and control, ensuring rational use of material, human and financial resources;

- administering federal budget revenues related to Rospatent activities;

- managing Rospatent human resources policy;

- supervising the execution of instructions within the Rospatent system;

- providing documentation services for the central administration of Rospatent;

- monitoring compliance with the procedure for considering citizens' communications;

- publishing and concluding State contracts and other civil law contracts for the supply of goods, works and services;

- organizing activities of the Special-Security Division for the Protection of State Secrets;

- ensuring the operation of the Mobilization Training and Civil Defense Division;

- carrying out the work on the acquisition, storage, accounting and use of archival documents related to the activities of Rospatent.

 

The Department is headed by Elena Kiseleva.

 

Financial and Administrative Management and Digital Transformation Department comprises the following Divisions:

• Digital Development Division

• Division for Budget Planning and Activities Support (headed by Stanislav Pronyakin)

• Division for Administration and Budgetary Accounting (headed by Margarita Legenkova​)

• Division for Public Service and Human Resources, Control and Documentation Management (headed by Anna Sorokina)

 

Head, appointed and dismissed by the Head of Rospatent, leads the Department.
