*As to December 31, 2015 the Register of Patent Attorneys of the Russian Federation contained 1791 registered patent attorneys. According to Article 8 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2008 No. 316-FZ «On Patent Attorneys» 28 persons were excluded from the Register of patent attorneys of the Russian Federation. In this regard, as to December 31, 2015 the number of active patent attorneys of the Russian Federation is 1763 persons.
