According to article 8 of the Federal law «On patent attorneys» of December 30, 2008 (№ 316-FZ) 28 persons are excluded from the Register of patent attorneys of the Russian Federation. Thus in 2011 the number of patent attorneys of the Russian Federation is equal to 1395 persons.
