The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin had instructed the Government of the Russian Federation to ensure the adoption of the Federal Law “On Experimental Legal Regimes in the field of Digital Innovations in the Russian Federation”. The government has also been instructed to take comprehensive measures to approve a separate federal project named “Artificial Intelligence,” providing it with the necessary funding.
