Yury Zubov

Born on 20 April 1979 in Moscow.

In 2001 Mr. Zubov graduated from the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts, Faculty of Management and Social Information Technologies, area of expertise "Information Systems in Social and Cultural Field".

He also obtained a Ph.D. Candidate degree in education.

From 2000 to 2008 he held management positions related to business development in OOO "Trading House BIBLO-GLOBUS" and was a member of the Supervisory Board of "BIBLIO-GLOBUS" Holding Group.

From 2008 to 2012 he served as the Head of the Division for Science, Innovation and Information Technology, Department for Science and Education, Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

In 2009 Mr. Zubov was promoted to the rank of State Civil Service Adviser of the Russian Federation (the third level).

In 2008 he completed the "Fundamentals of Public Service" program.

In 2013 he served as Deputy Head of the Department and Head of the Division for Monitoring Quality Assessment of Vocational Education, Department of Public Services, Federal Service for the Supervision of Education and Science (ROSOBNADZOR).

From 2013 to 2016 Mr. Zubov served as the Deputy Head of the Division for Information Technologies, Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Main Production and Commercial Administration for Diplomatic Corps Services at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation".

On 25 February 2016, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Federal State Budget Institution "Federal Institute of Industrial Property" (FIPS).

From 2016 to 2018 he worked as the Director of FIPS.

Since 19 November 2018, Mr. Zubov serves as the Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property.
