WIPO will hold a new webinar on The PCT System: Restoration of the right of priority and restoration of the time limits for entering national phase. The event will take place virtually from 11:00 to 12:00 (Moscow time) on 10 November 2020.
During the webinar you can learn about:

restoration of the right of priority in both the international phase and the national phase, as well as the restoration of the time limits for entering national phase;

deadlines for filing a request for the restoration of the right of priority and the criteria for restoration applied when considering a request for restoration of the right of priority.
Examples of legitimate reasons for missing the international filing deadline at the international phase also will be provided. Additionally, general information will be given on the possibility of restoring the right of priority in the national phase, as well as on the possibility of restoration of the time limits for entering the national phase.
The webinar is for Russian-speaking applicants, patent attorneys, employees of IP departments and inventors.
