Meeting of the Working Group on Granting Legal Protection to BAIKAL Designation

On 5 November 2020, at noon (Moscow time) the Working Group on Granting Legal Protection to BAIKAL Designation will take place in a virtual format.

Agenda comprises several issues related to granting legal protection to BAIKAL designation, including the consequences of the decision N A40-59545/20-120-442 rendered by the Moscow Arbitration Court on 15 October 2020 and decision N SIP-2020571/2020 rendered by the Court for Intellectual Property Rights on 2 October 2020.
